Italian men's clothing company Dan John grows in Italy and abroad

Dan John is an Italian company that in a few years has grown exponentially, that has been able to combine the style and elegance of classic men's clothing with the "right price" and that in 2019 will start new stores abroad. We are talking about Dan John: founded in 2015, the company closed 2018 with a turnover of 45 million euros and 53 stores, almost all owned and a workforce of about 200 people, and aims for 2019 to reach 67 million in turnover and about 80 single-brand stores in Italy, but also in Spain, Madrid, and then conquer in 2020 also Germany, Belgium and France and then the United States of America, with the cities of New York, Boston, Chicago.

Dan John is headed by two entrepreneurs with very different backgrounds: a young man full of ideas and energy on the one hand, Giovanni Della Rocca, and an entrepreneur with over 45 years of experience in the textile industry, Daniele Raccah. Dan John was created to respond to the needs of a vast public from 18 to 70 years old.

"We see man as faithful to an aesthetic tradition. - explains Daniele Raccah - We appeal to a classic formal audience, but they appreciate the trends that change every year in wearability, such as the wider reverse on the jacket, or the leg of the trousers more or less narrow. We managed to offer all this at very attractive prices. And this formula is not only having a great success in Italy, with 53 stores open in 3 years, but has great potential abroad, thanks to a contemporary fitting and the universal language of classic Italian taste.

"Dan John, also from the entrepreneurial point of view, immediately wanted to be both tradition and innovation. Tradition that comes from a family management, with my daughters supporting me in various key roles, but also managerial innovation, enhancement of skills and talents.
